Our specialty equipment allows us to bend plastic sheeting from 0.010″ to 0.375″ thick, up to 96″ long. We can also work complex pieces, with two, three, or even more bends. Thanks to our custom-made templates, your pieces will all be exactly identical and completely meet your requirements.

Finishing

For an impeccable finish

Our finishing department is there to put the final touch to your project.

• Flame polishing. This process enhances the appearance of acrylic, turning it glass-like.
• Gluing. Our solvent cements fuse pieces together, making them inseparable.
• Mechanical joining. Screws and fasteners are the way to go for pieces that require the ability to be disassembled.
• Labelling.
• Sandblasting.
